Mr. Pawan K Danwar is the Company Secretary of the Company and is also engaged in the financial functions of the Company.

Mr. Danwar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He is CFO (Honorary) of Shiv Nadar Foundation, India’s leading philanthropic initiatives for nation building. His association with the HCL group spans over 29 years and he has served in different operational and strategic finance profiles within HCL; such as Business Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Acquisition & Business Integration, Treasury, Planning & Strategy, Commercial, Business Development, Secretarial, Legal & Corporate Compliance and Investor Relationship. He has not only been instrumental in shaping different financial strategies for HCL but he has also been associated with various new business initiatives.

Mr. Navneet Rai

Mr. Navneet Rai brings over 35 years of extensive IT experience in driving and managing operations across Business Applications, ERPs,  IT Infrastructure, and Security within the Distribution, Service, and Manufacturing sectors to deliver results and business value. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.

Mr. Sashi Sekhar Mishra

Mr. Sashi Sekhar Mishra is a Commerce, ICWAI(I) and Law Graduate with nearly 30 years of experience at HCL Group, where he has held various operational and compliance roles. His engagements include Risk Management, Accounts & Finance, Treasury Management, MIS, Taxation, etc.

Mr. Neeraj Kumar

Chief Compliance Officer (SMP)

Neeraj Kumar is a Chartered Accountant and B.com (H) Graduate from Magadh University. He has a total experience of 15+ years out of which 9+ years with HCL Group. He has overall experience in conceptualising and implementing financial planning and management procedure and controls, maintenance and finalisation of accounts , profitability monitoring and building internal finance control and monitoring and implementing wide range of compliance functions and policies.
