Mr. Shiv Nadar

Director

Mr. Shiv Nadar is a first-generation techno-industrialist and the founder of the HCL Group. He is Chairman Emeritus and Strategic Advisor to the Board of HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTech), a $13.7 billion global IT conglomerate operating across 59 countries with 218,000 professionals. He also serves on the Board of HCL Corporation Private Limited, an NBFC-ML registered with RBI.
With over two decades of experience managing NBFCs under the HCL Group, Mr. Nadar has been a pioneer in India’s IT and computing industry, steering HCL through technological revolutions for over 45 years. His leadership has fostered global joint ventures and alliances, making HCLTech a leader in IT Engineering and R&D.
A prominent philanthropist, Mr. Nadar established the SSN Trust in 1994 to promote quality education for underprivileged communities, creating institutions across the education spectrum with a strong research orientation.
In recognition of his contributions to business and philanthropy, Mr. Nadar received the Padma Bhushan in 2008.

Mrs. Kiran Nadar

Mrs. Kiran Nadar serves on the Board of HCL Corporation Private Limited and HCL Capital Private Limited, both NBFC-ML entities registered with the RBI. With over two decades of experience in managing NBFCs under the HCL Group, her business acumen has significantly contributed to the growth of the promoter group companies.
Mrs. Nadar is a leading force in the Indian art world. She founded the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA) in 2010, providing a global platform to showcase and promote Indian modern and contemporary art.
She has been honored with numerous accolades, including the Padma Shri for her contributions to art and philanthropy. In 2023, she was awarded the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” (Knight of the Legion of Honour), France’s highest civilian award.
She has been acknowledged as a ‘hero of philanthropy’ by Forbes Asia Magazine in 2010 for launching India’s first philanthropic private museum.

Mrs. Roshni Nadar Malhotra

Mrs. Roshni Nadar Malhotra is the Chairperson of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, HCL Corporation Private Limited and HCL Capital Private Limited, all NBFC-ML registered with the RBI, New Delhi. With over 14 years of experience in NBFC management, she is also Chairperson of HCL Technologies Limited, a global technology organization with a market capitalization of $60 billion.
Mrs. Nadar Malhotra is deeply involved in philanthropy as Trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, which has invested $1.5 billion in transformational education initiatives. She leads VidyaGyan, a leadership academy for economically disadvantaged rural students, and is Managing Trustee of The Habitats Trust, dedicated to preserving India’s natural habitats.
Mrs. Nadar Malhotra is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the MIT School of Engineering, USA and also a member of the Kellogg School of Management Executive Board for Asia. She serves on the boards of HDFC Asset Management Company, US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), and The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Mrs. Nadar Malhotra has received several prestigious honors, including the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” in 2024 and recognition in Forbes’ “World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” for eight consecutive years.
She holds a degree in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, where she received the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award. In 2023, she was honored with the Schaffner Award by Kellogg for her societal contributions. Mrs Nadar Malhotra was conferred with Lewis Institute Community Changemaker Award by Babson College in 2017.

Mr. Shikhar Neelkamal Malhotra

Mr. Shikhar Neelkamal Malhotra is an Executive Director of Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Private Limited, where he is actively involved in strategic decision- making and pursuing new initiatives. He also serves on the Board of HCL Capital Private Limited, a registered NBFC-ML and HCL Technologies Limited, a $13.7 billion global IT conglomerate.
Mr. Malhotra is the Director & CEO of HCL Avitas Pvt. Ltd and is the Vice Chairman of HCL Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, India’s first healthcare initiative focused on urban primary healthcare. With a decade of experience managing NBFCs under the HCL Group, he has played a pivotal role in its growth and innovation.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family in Kuwait, Mr. Malhotra honed his skills at Babson College, USA, specializing in entrepreneurship.

Mr. Rajesh Jain

Independent Director

Mr. Rajesh Jain has more than 45 years of professional experience and through his career he has held several senior management positions at various organisations across India, Malawi and Zambia. He was one of the Founding partners for KPMG in India and has played a pivotal role in the evolution and success of the firm, dedicating over 24 years to its growth across India and Africa. Prior to his tenure at KPMG, he has worked with BDO and E&Y in India.

Mr. Jain is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has vast experience in the field of Indian and International Auditing, Mergers & Acquisition Advisory, Corporate Governance, IPOs, Accounting Advisory, Mentoring Entrepreneurs and helping companies scale up. His industry exposure amongst others, include Information Technology, Automobiles, Energy, FMCG, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality and Social Sector.

Jeevesh Kumar

Independent Director

Jeevesh Kumar is the Founder and CEO of ‘Greenscape’, which was founded with the aim of ‘Creating a Circular Economy’. An Engineer by profession, visionary by heart, Jeevesh ventured into this sustainable electronics material management industry in 2007. An opportunity lies in a problem. Jeevesh saw this problem as a future Urban Ore. This kick started his journey as an entrepreneur. Jeevesh’s dream is to make India Atma nirbhar and a resource efficient economy by the means of extracting secondary raw materials and promote cautious capitalism while bringing back critical materials to supply chains and lessen the dependency on primary ores.

Prior to Greenscape, Jeevesh was Director at Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd (listed BSE) for 3 years. Before that, he had worked with Polaris software lab and SDSC as a part of the software development division. He sits on various National and International committees focused on circular economy and SDGs. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) from University of Sydney & University of California (San Diego).
